1 Statutory information
FUSIONTEK LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 14608168. The registered office is 23 GLEBE ROAD, STRATFORD-UPON-AVON, CV37 9JU, ENGLAND.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
Overdrawn Loan accounts On 31 January 2025, the company made an interest free loan of £7,981 (2024: £735) to one director. During the year, the company made an advance to the other director of £10,624.02 (2024: £735). The loan is unsecured, interest was charged at 2.25% and the loan is repayable upon demand.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
Going Concern: The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue to trade. The directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on this basis as the directors provide sufficient funds to enable the company to meet its day to day working capital requirements. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of the support provided by the directors.
4 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2024: 0).

For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
