Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to

Going concern
During the period the company met its day to day working capital requirements via financial support provided by the director Stuart Pace and a loan from another shareholder. Both the director and shareholder have indicated they will continue to provide their financial support for the foreseeable future until the company is in a position to support itself.
For the period ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
