These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information

R. Bell Investments Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15829251 . The registered office is 82 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London, SW6 2TF.

2. Accounting Policies

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

2.2. Investments

Investments in subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures are measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. Listed investments are measured at fair value. Unlisted investments are measured at fair value unless the value cannot be measured reliably, in which case they are measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses.

Changes in fair value are included in the statement of comprehensive income.

The company's immediate and ultimate parent undertaking is Shelana Investments Limited . Shelana Investments Limited was incorporated in England and Wales and controls 75% of the shares of R. Bell Investments Limited .
