During the year, the director,

, took a loan to the total of £28945 from the company. The loan was repaid in full back to the company within 9 months of the trading year end and interest charged at the HMRC rate of interest.
For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
