CONTINGENT LIABILITY
Significant legal fees were incurred by Charles Whiteman and Luke Howells when acquiring the freehold from the previous owner (and related matters). The company has agreed it will become liable for these fees if the 2010 loans are ever repaid - but only to the extent of any surplus reserves.

2010 LOANS TO THE COMPANY
On 10th May 2010 Charles Whiteman and Luke Howells each lent £19,999 to the company so it had sufficient funds to buy the freehold of 62 Upper Richmond Road West (the "2010 loans"). The loans rank equally and become repayable if the company accumulates surplus reserves. At the year end the remaining balance on each loan was £749.
