MORTGAGE DEBENTURE
The Companies bankers registered a mortgage debenture charge on the companies assets on 21 July 2020
For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
