At the balance sheet date, a loan of £85,599 (2023: £78,708) was outstanding from a director.
The loan is unsecured, carries interest at 2.25% per annum (the Bank of England base rate), and has no fixed repayment date.
During the year, the loan balance increased by £6,891. No amounts were written off or waived during the year. |
