3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

On 14 July 2021 the director Mrs G E Smith agreed to make repayment of a personal loan of £90,691 by instalments of £1,050 per month, plus interest at 1.1%, initially linked to the prime rate. The repayments are to be made by Mrs G E Smith personally but the agreement also binds Bambooh Education Ltd to this liability. At 31 January 2025 the balance owed on this loan was £51,436.

2 of the directors provide personal services to the business and invoice for these accordingly. During the period Petrus Smith provided recharges for licence fees to the value of £2,000 and Mile Husselmann provided training services to the value of £14,669.

For the financial year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
