During the year ended 31 January 2025, advances were made totalling £41,586 (2024: £nil) to the directors. Interest was charged at a rate of 2.25% amounting to £510 (2024: £nil). During the year, £4,500 (2024: £nil) was repaid against these advances. At the balance sheet date, the amount owed by the directors to the company was £37,596 (2024: £(10,914)).

A charge is held by Investec Bank PLC which is secured against the shares, derivative assets and all rights accruing or incidental to the shares and or the derivative assets in respect of a loan to a connected company.

The directors have considered the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. Whilst the company has net liabilities of £11,150 at the balance sheet date, in the opinion of the directors the company will be able to operate for the foreseeable future with the continued support of the directors. The directors therefore consider that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.

For the year ended 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
