Loans, advances and guarantees to directors:
At 31 January 2025 the company owed £1.99m (2024: £1.98m) to Dairyfresh Ltd, a company under the control of the directors and £315k (2024: £315k) to DF Wholesale. The loan is interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand. No guarantees were given or received. The Company also owed £1.07m (2024: £956K) directly to the directors.These amounts are likewise interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
