During the year an amount of £35,606 (2024 - £33,860) was advanced to the directors of the company. The amount was repayable on demand and interest was charged at the official rate. Repayments of £25,766 (2024 - £22,772) were made in the year and an amount of £20,928 (2024 - £11,088) was outstanding at the year end.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
