| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| At the 31st March 2025 the company's liabilities exceeded its assets by £22,633. These accounts have been prepared using the going concern basis as the director has confirmed that they will not seek repayment of their directors loan until such time as funds permit, and will provide sufficient additional finance for a minimum 12 month period from the date of approval of these financial statements. |
