  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. A prior-year adjustment of approximately £590 has been made to correct an understatement of HMRC creditors in the year ended 31 January 2024. The adjustment relates to unpaid Employer’s National Insurance, PAYE, and the final Corporation Tax charge. After this correction, the retained earnings and creditor balances at 31 January 2025 reflect the company’s accurate financial position. The company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with
    respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
