1. In Creating Opportunities for Youth Employment & Training, this year, we: - Delivered 4 cohorts of the PWR Lines Project, our sales training and pathway to employment programme - Engaged over 60 young people through employment focused training and sales and marketing experience via the magazine. - 52% moved into employment or further training so far - Supported the delivery a Creative Digital Media Programme with 100% of participants securing work experience and 61% progressing into paid or freelance work. - Ran 3 additional creative editorial shoots, giving hands-on experience to young people in our Creatives Network. - Maintained regular engagement with our partner network. Our activities resonate with our community and beneficiaries, and we’re now focusing on sustaining delivery and building internal resource to match the growing demand. 2. In Reducing Inequality in Media, this year, we: - Published multiple issues of PWR Magazine, featuring underrepresented young creatives. - Launched PWR 25 Movers & Shakers, spotlighting 25 young changemakers across fashion, culture, lifestyle, and media. - Provided paid opportunities and industry access to young creatives through our editorial shoots and features. - Beneficiaries have gained experience, visibility, and in some cases, freelance commissions as a result of our platforms. We’ve continued to make steady progress in building a more inclusive media space, though there’s room for us to deepen impact through funding for our initiatives and production budgets. Our editorial outputs remain youth-led, and feedback from creatives has been really positive. 3. In Preventing Crime & Social Cohesion, this year: - PWR Lines Project continues to support young people at risk of exclusion, offending, or unemployment. - We worked closely with YOS and other partners to refer participants and provide structured support. - Created safe, supportive spaces for peer interaction and personal development through the wider Rooms Project (delivered under our sister charity arm) Although this remains an underlying outcome rather than a standalone programme, we’ve seen strong indicators of positive change among high-risk participants and members of the community, and we are committed to maintaining this focus and embedding it across our programme design.
