The company’s activities and impact During the financial year, Global Peace Education Center CIC continued its mission to support education, peace development, and social improvement through training, community engagement, and research initiatives. Our activities and achievements include: Delivered educational workshops focused on digital literacy, freelancing, entrepreneurship, peace studies, and personal development, supporting over 150 learners, particularly women and young people from under-represented communities. Conducted social research activities related to peace, community wellbeing, and educational development, contributing to public understanding of social and cultural issues. Provided guidance and mentoring support for individuals looking to enhance their skills, start small businesses, pursue online earning opportunities, and strengthen personal confidence. Organised cultural learning and awareness sessions promoting peace, tolerance, global citizenship, and positive community participation. Collaborated with trainers, educators, and community groups to deliver accessible and inclusive learning programmes both online and in-person. Ensured access to free digital learning content, webinars, and community support sessions for those unable to attend physically. Through these efforts, we improved educational access, skill development, and community engagement, empowering individuals to enhance their employment prospects, contribute positively to society, and build peaceful and informed communities.
The key stakeholders of Global Peace Education Center CIC include learners, women and youth communities, freelance professionals, partner trainers, and individuals seeking personal and professional development support. Our programmes are designed based on the needs and aspirations of these groups. Directors and team members remain actively involved with community groups and educational platforms, allowing us to understand local needs and adjust our services. Throughout the year, we engaged stakeholders through feedback surveys, WhatsApp and online community groups, and direct one-to-one conversations during mentoring and training sessions. We invited participants after each workshop to complete a short feedback form indicating what skills they need most, how the sessions supported their development, and what additional topics they would like us to cover. We also encouraged participants to share suggestions through email or messaging channels so that we can continually adapt our learning content. As a result of this ongoing consultation, we identified strong demand for beginner-level digital skills training, women-focused empowerment sessions, and continued online support. In response, we expanded our digital learning modules, introduced additional women-only mentoring sessions, and increased the availability of online learning resources to ensure accessibility for those unable to attend in person. These consultations help us shape programmes that respond to real community needs and support improved digital literacy, confidence building, and economic participation, particularly among women and young people.
