For the year ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

This was the company's third year. The securing of premises and hence starting a Community Hub with a focus on sustainable living, recycling, and the environment has been delayed due to the impact of Covid and the restrictions, and the difficult economic situation.The company intends to provide environmental consulting services, workshops and training in this area, the collection of non-hazardous waste, and the manufacture of plastic products. The company is yet to commence these activities.
