    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Valuation information and policy

    Investments in shares are stated at a fair value assessment of assets minus liabilities at each year end. Gains and losses on remeasurement are recognised in profit and loss for the year, ignoring the effects of deferred tax unless considered material.
