Additional Disclosures
After the reporting date, the company's subsidiary, Smith & Reed Recruitment (SW) Limited, which was a related party to which the company owed £57,524 at the balance sheet date, entered into liquidation. The directors are assessing the effect of this event on the company’s future financial obligations and on the recoverability of the company's investment in the subsidiary. No adjustment has been made in these financial statements as the liquidation occurred after the balance sheet date.
