1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2024: 0).

TENSORING LIMITED (14435387) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is Barnfold, Saints Hill, Penshurst, Tonbridge, TN11 8EN, England. The company is currently in the process of being wound up.

For the period ending 24 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 24 October 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
