    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Our company operates on a voluntary basis, with all activities designed to deliver clear community benefits. Any income generated during the financial year is used solely to cover operational costs and to reinvest directly into the community. After essential expenses (such as venue hire, equipment, and materials) are paid, all remaining funds are allocated to providing free or donation-based sessions for the community. These include sound baths, community wellbeing days, and children’s mindfulness sessions. This approach ensures that financial resources are used transparently and responsibly, in alignment with our mission to make wellbeing and relaxation practices accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstance. Our turnover reflects community support through paid sessions and donations, which are continually reinvested to expand free access and sustain inclusive wellbeing opportunities across the local area.

3. Financial Commitments

The company has no outstanding financial commitments or liabilities. All income is used to cover essential operational expenses, with any remaining funds reinvested directly into providing free or donation-based community wellbeing sessions. The company operates on a voluntary, not-for-profit basis and holds no external debts or financial obligations.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, our company has made a positive impact on the local community through a range of inclusive wellbeing activities. We have delivered regular sound bath sessions, community days, and children’s wellbeing sessions designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance. A key focus has been ensuring these experiences are financially accessible to everyone. Many of our sessions have been offered free of charge or on a donation basis, allowing individuals and families from all backgrounds to participate regardless of income.
