Dragonfly Wellness UK CIC is a Holistic wellness studio in the heart of the local community of Sawbridgeworth, opening for business in September 2022. During the financial year 2023-2024, the studio’s services have benefited the community’s wellbeing in the following ways: Continued holistic sessions such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing etc have allowed for the mental wellbeing of participants to increase. Continued ‘Karma Mat’ spaces have allowed a free space in our weekly timetable to those looking for support that are financially unable to attend. We have delivered sessions in local Primary and Secondary schools for both staff and students. We continue to be an inclusive space for the LGBTQIA community. Support continues to extend out of the studio into WhatsApp and Facebook groups, where the Dragonfly community keep in contact and support each other daily.
Our stakeholders are the local & surrounding areas community. We have worked closely with the local LGBTQIA+ organisations, & Proud wellness, to gain understanding of where we can help support this specific community, they have held market research session and shared findings with us. The community that attends the studio have been continuedly asked through our get-togethers and mailing lists, for feedback and what we may be missing as a service. Polls are also still carried out on our community Facebook page. Feedback forms are also sent out after our day retreats.
