Additional information
Director’s loan During the year the director provided a further loan of £500 to assist with running costs. The total outstanding loan balance at 31 March 2025 was £3,500. The loan is interest-free and repayable in more than one year. Basis of preparation The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to micro-entities under FRS 105. Going concern The company had net liabilities of £2,810 at the year end. The director has confirmed they will continue to provide financial support to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due.
