PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY’S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT In the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community. During the period ending 30 September 2025, The People’s Centre of Excellence C.I.C. experienced a significant personal loss within its founding trusteeship. As a result, the board made the decision to pause active operations out of respect and to uphold best practice in governance. During this time, the board focused on consolidating the company’s governance, safeguarding, and operational frameworks in preparation for delivering community-based education, mentoring, and wellbeing programmes for young people and adults. Although no financial transactions or service delivery took place during the period, the company continued to build partnerships and explore funding opportunities to support future community benefit. With the board now re-established, strategic development and delivery planning are actively progressing. The intended social impact of the CIC remains to enhance access to therapeutic, educational, and personal-development support for individuals and communities.
During the period ending 30 September 2025, the company did not carry out formal stakeholder consultations as operations were temporarily paused. Informal discussions continued between board members and prospective partners to shape future delivery models and ensure alignment with community needs. The company remains committed to meaningful co-production and stakeholder engagement as a core principle of its governance framework, and formal consultation activity will be undertaken as part of the next operational phase.
No remuneration was received
