1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Edgington Norfolk Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address are as below:

The principal place of business was at the property on Warham Road, Wells-Next-The-Sea, NR23 1QA until it was sold during the period.

The financial statements cover an extended 16 month period from 1 April 2024 to 31 July 2025. The prior year accounts were prepared to 31 March 2024. This results in the comparatives being not entirely comparable.

2.	AVERAGE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES

The average number of employees during the period was 1 (2024 - 1 ) .

There were no salaried employees in either year but one director served the company.

3.	DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

There were no credits or advances granted by the company to the director and no guarantees entered into by the company on behalf of the director in either year.

4.	OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

There were no commitments entered into by the company in either year.

The loan was secured by a fixed charge over the property and a floating charge over remaining company assets of the company. The loan was fully repaid during the year and the charges were satisfied in full post year end.

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 July 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 July 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
