At the balance sheet date, the director owed the company £15,890. This is an additional £2,869 to the brought forward balance of £13,021. Therefore as this isn't repaid within the 9 months, a further S455 tax charged has been applied.

The loan is interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
