The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Additional Disclosures
The company has opted to prepare accounts under Financial Reporting Standard 105. The accounting impact of this has been to remove deferred tax from the accounts. The financial statements for the prior year have been restated which has increased net assets by £500 as at 30th November 2023 and reduced profit in the same period by £72 (2022 - increased profit by £572).
