NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1 Statutory information
Harry Jenkinson Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 10659252. The registered office is 1 Astley Drive, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear, NE26 4AE, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Included within other creditors is a balance owed to the director of £30,776 (2024 - £20,571). This balance is unsecured, and for the period to 31 March 2025, the director waived rights to interest on the outstanding loan.
Going Concern The company was winding down and incurred a loss for the period to 31 March 2025. Full trading activities re-commenced from January 2025 and the company is back to a positive asset value shortly after the balance sheet date. The director has given assurances that sufficient finance will be provided to ensure the company liabilities can be paid as and when they fall due, and the company will continue to trade without disruption.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 1).

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
