Company Number: 11829831 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 28 February 2025

Company activities and impact

T4C delivers professional trade services mainly in care and community venues, offering placements and training opportunities to local young people. During 2024 - 25 we worked with more than 40 young people doing jobs in more than twenty venues and some private homes where vulnerable people needed help. Venues included village halls, care homes, hospices, churches, and youth and community centres. Almost all the young people who worked with us went on to education or training, apprenticeships, or full time work. We also work with young people with physical or mental challenges, including autism, several of whom have become regular members of our team. During the year we set up a new handyman service, led by skilled and tradesman with experience of teaching and working with young people with learning difficulties. This proved an immediate success, to the extent that we are having to rethink how we can deal with the demand. Cameron, who started with us on a one week placement and then joined us as our first apprentice, qualified in the summer, and was appointed as our third director, modelling how we want to grow the company. We have been very warmly welcomed by all the community groups and organisations that we work for, who have supported the young people with respect and friendship, greatly assisting their self confidence.
