NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1 Statutory information
JS CAD Design Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 13186304. The registered office is Green Corner, The Downs , Dunmow, CM6 1DT, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period under review, the company advanced unsecured loans to the Director totalling £11,814 (2024: £4,198). During the period under review repayments of £12,645 (2024: £4,435) were made. Included in the repayments was £938 which was to repay the balance owed by the Director to the company at 29th February 2024. At the 28th February 2025 the Director owed the company £107 (2024: £938). The loan has no fixed date for repayment. Loans of up to £10,000 to the Director are interest free, should the outstanding balance, on loans to the Director, exceed £10,000 interest is charged at the rate prescribed by HMRC for beneficial loans. As the outstanding amount did not exceed £10,000 in either the period under review or the previous period, no interest has been charged to the Director in the years ended 28th February 2025 or 29th February 2024.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 1).

For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
