Related Party Transactions
As at 31 March 2025 , included within other creditors, is a balance due to Fresh Connection Limited of 2025 £126,676 (2024 - £103,276). Mr W Pouget is the sole shareholder of Fresh Connection Ltd. There is no fixed repayment date and interest is charged thereon at 2.5% pa. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
