Additional Disclosures
Going Concern and Application for Strike Off The directors have applied (or intend to apply) to have the company struck off the Register of Companies under section 1003 of the Companies Act 2006. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern. All assets and liabilities have been stated at their expected realisable values and settlement amounts respectively. No provision has been made for any costs associated with the dissolution of the company unless specifically identified. These financial statements represent the final accounts prepared prior to the intended strike off.
