Principal activities of the company

Grace Impact is passionate about education and social justice,with focus on creating and enabling solutions for those struggling with poverty, hunger,education, unemployment and homelessness. The leadership is committed to empowering communities by providing support and opportunities with the aim of driving inclusivity We believe that technology, employment, access to food and housing can be powerful tools for social change and that everyone deserves a chance to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. We aim to serve people who face barriers to employment ,education and accommodation We are focusing on opportunities people need to thrive in the digital age. We provide courses in coding, web design, digital marketing, and other relevant topics, as well as mentoring, networking, and job placement services. We are also partnering with local organisations and individuals to offer safe and affordable housing and food assistance to our beneficiaries. Grace Impact is simply driving positive change and creating lasting value with its projects to deliver a world where every person has access to a better life and in turn helps create an even better life for the next individual.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    These financial statements for the period from 28 December 2023 to 31 December 2024 are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities . The date of transition is 28 December 2023. The transition to FRS 102 Section A Small Entities has resulted in a small number of changes in accounting policies to those used previously. The nature of these changes and their impact on opening equity and profit for the comparative period are explained in the notes below . Presentation currency The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
