Kickstart Opera CIC delivers free live music performances and creative workshops within local communities. Our mission is to make opera and classical music accessible to everyone, regardless of background or income. Throughout the year, we have organised and delivered THREE CONCERT series of free community concerts across local venues in Ayrshire, bringing emerging musicians to audiences who might not otherwise have access to live performances. We have also provided music workshops for children, helping them to develop confidence, creativity, and musical skills in a supportive environment. These activities have provided meaningful performance opportunities for artists, supporting their professional development, while enhancing access to the arts and culture for the wider community. The work of Kickstart Opera CIC has contributed positively to community wellbeing, social connection, and creative engagement through music.
