Company activities and impact

The company has completed the first stage of the Hope Garden project, a community wildlife forest garden in Cilgerran, Pembrokeshire. The site is used for school and wildlife gardening workshops. We continue to make grant applications for community orchards and wildlife garden work, including a Blossom Tour and funds for a community orchard in Fishguard.

Consultation with stakeholders

The key stakeholders in the Hope Garden are the alloments at Pen Y Foidr and the local primary school. As part of the grant application, we have been running gardening and wildlife workshops, and from this, a collaboration with Ysgol Cilgerran has emerged, and they will be using the community space as an outdoor classroom and nature site.

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £500.
