2Off balance sheet arrangements
In March 2024, before the establishment of the company on the 19th of April 2024 and the further opening of the business bank account in June 2024 a combined deposit of £3640 was paid to the Solicitors for the purchase of the Garages. This was paid directly from the personal accounts of the Guarantors to the Solicitors.

Because these transactions took place before the formal establishment of the Company, they have been recorded in the financial accounts form the date of establishment (the 19th of April 2024).
