Principal activities of the company

Company Name: Bullying Recovery and Awareness CIC Company Number: SC773768 Description of the Company’s Activities and Impact Bullying Recovery and Awareness CIC exists to create awareness events via in -person and online training sessions, informative seminars, engaging workshops and programs designed to help children, youths and women build confidence, achieve their goals and actively support their communities. Supporting individuals and communities affected by bullying through peer support, and creative wellness initiatives with a focus on stigma reduction. Key Activities: Motherhood, Mental Health & Makeup Series (2023–2024): Delivered creative wellness workshops combining beauty, peer-led support, and mental health education. These sessions fostered self-expression and resilience among mothers and caregivers. “Mother’s Day Out” Initiative (2023–2025): An annual event celebrating and supporting mothers impacted by bullying. Activities included wellness brunches, storytelling circles, and trauma-informed workshops. Attendance grew year-on-year, with expanded intergenerational programming in 2025. Community Outreach and Training: Partnered with schools, youth services, and women’s organisations to deliver anti-bullying education and trauma-informed care training to educators and community leaders. Digital Storytelling Campaigns: Used social media and Eventbrite to amplify voices of lived experience, promote events, and engage stakeholders. 2. Consultation with Stakeholders We engaged stakeholders through: Participant feedback forms and post-event surveys Community advisory circles with mothers and youth representatives Ongoing dialogue with partner organisations and funders Feedback directly shaped programming, including the expansion of “Mother’s Day Out” and the inclusion of culturally sensitive support resources. 3. Financial Summary Income Sources: Grant funding from Impact Funding Event ticketing and donations In-kind support from partner organisations Expenditure Highlights: Venue hire and catering for events Facilitator fees and wellbeing materials Digital marketing and design services Asset Lock Compliance: All surplus was reinvested into community programming. No dividends or interest payments were made to directors or shareholders. Future Plans Scale “Mother’s Day Out” to additional regions Launch a digital resource hub for bullying recovery and Mother’s Day Out Secure multi-year funding to sustain trauma-informed programming Deepen partnerships with mental health practitioners, community leaders, and stakeholders.

Company activities and impact

In the financial from 26 June 2023 to 25 June 2024. Bullying Recovery and Awareness CIC Anti-Bullying Week Activities 2023 – School Tours to Hillside School Portlethen Aberdeen Scotland with activities and resources for the school from nursery to primary 7 and parents. Build Character and Confidence workshop 2023- A trauma-informed workshop for parents facilitated by a trauma-informed coach and mental health practitioner The Mother’s Day Out Conference 2024 – An annual conference for mothers with over 5 hours of one one-on-one coaching, inspiring panel discussions, and question-and-answer sessions with doctors, educational practitioners, parenting coaches and transformational coaches. Mums In The Green 2024 – Twice a week, we gathered for an engaging family walk and talk in the local parks around Aberdeen. The aim was to encourage meaningful conversations that strengthen family bonds, improve mental health and wellness in the beautiful, serene outdoor setting. Conversation With Men 2024- A Father's Day Out Virtual Event with sessions with a marriage and relationship coach, bullying recovery coach and a Consultant urologist, with sessions that inspire and equip fathers with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in all aspects of life. Teens Summit- Empower and Inspire 2024- Empowering Young people with tools to prevent bullying and better contribute to their communities Mental Health, Motherhood and Makeup 2024 Resources and Support Free one on one coaching session: Bullying Recovery and Awareness CIC provides coaching opportunities and education. Our Awareness Events encompass a variety of formats, including in-person training sessions, informative seminars, engaging workshops, and comprehensive online training programs. These events are designed to elevate knowledge and skills in key areas of interest. To date, we have successfully engaged over two hundred participants across all our events, fostering a vibrant community of learners eager to expand their expertise and awareness. Each event is tailored to provide valuable insights and practical tools that attendees can apply in real-world situations.

Consultation with stakeholders

The Stakeholders for Bullying Recovery and awareness include families of victims of bullying, children, youths, and young adults, Mothers, Local businesses, community organisations and groups, Volunteers and supporters, not-for-profit organisations, charities, Healthcare providers, sponsors and funders, and educational institutions. Stakeholders have been consulted through workshops, online platforms, one-on-one and group interviews, surveys, questionnaires and volunteer advisory committees. Bullying Recovery and Awareness CIC, through The Mother's Day Out workshop and conference, has curated various initiatives and programs that empower women to take control of their health and well-being. By focusing on holistic wellness, mental health, fitness, and nutrition, these programs educate, inform, and enhance women's quality of life, driving innovation in lifestyle changes and preventive measures. Our goal is for the government and companies to prioritise women's specific health needs, leading to the creation of products and services that cater to this expanding market. Also, confidence-building workshops and training younger children and young adults aimed at fostering connection, contributing to community development and personal growth. In response to stakeholder consultation, we have extended our reach by hosting online meetings and workshops on topics pertinent to stakeholders.
