| modified by the revaluation of certain assets. |

| 5. Related party transactions |
| During the year Mr AM Steele, a director and shareholder of the company, was repaid £28,750 against loans made |
| to the business in previous years. |
| The amount owed to Mr AM Steele at 31 March 2025 by Annton Properties Limited was £426,526 (2024 £455,276). |
| The amount is interest free and repayable on demand. |
| During the year Mr AJ Steele, also a director and shareholder of the company, was repaid £50,000 against loans |
| made to the business in previous years. |
| The amount owed to Mr AJ Steele at 31 March 2025 was £36,000 (2024 £80,000). The amount is interest free and |
| repayable on demand. |
