The CIC also runs Drop-in Gym sessions for the Under 5’s and continues to welcome many new preschool aged children in the community. The C.I.C. offers employment opportunities to young people from the age of 14, often providing them with their first work experience and giving opportunities to develop skills in coaching and working with children.
The C.I.C. has identified its stakeholders as, members of the recreation programme (school aged children), members of the elite programme, members of the preschool programme, parents; local families; local schools, The owners of the facility, British Gymnastics (governing body), employees, our neighbours, and the local community. All classes are designed to meet their requirements and best practice policies. There is also a complaints policy on the Website. Employees are regularly consulted in staff meetings and kept informed by way of a dedicated private area of the website and a physical noticeboard on the premises.
