4. Going Concern

The directors believe that the accounts should be prepared on a going concern basis on the grounds that the business is currently operating at a profit and this will be adequate to meet the needs of the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Payment terms have been agreed with the companies creditors to allow the business to continue trading.

For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
