The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 3 (previous period: 2).
Additional Disclosures
The company experienced technical difficulties with its accounting software during the financial year, which resulted in delays to the preparation and filing of these accounts. Management has identified that certain figures presented in these accounts may require adjustment. A comprehensive review and reconciliation exercise is currently underway, and any necessary adjustments will be reflected in the subsequent year's financial statements. The directors are satisfied that these adjustments will not materially affect the overall financial position of the company. The company has since implemented enhanced controls and migrated to more robust accounting systems to prevent recurrence of these issues.
