2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
1. Basis of preparation
These accounts are prepared on a cessation basis for the period stated. Trade receivables outstanding at the balance sheet date have been written down to nil where recovery is not expected.
2. Directors’ transactions
During the period, the director waived £102,668 owed to them; this has been recognised as a capital contribution within equity.
3. Employees
Average number of employees during the period: Nil.
4. Commitments and contingencies
The company had no capital commitments or contingent liabilities at the balance sheet date.
These financial statements have been prepared on a cessation basis in accordance with the
micro‑entity provisions and FRS 105.
The company intends to apply for voluntary strike‑off under section 1003 of the
Companies Act 2006 and will not trade, dispose of assets, or change its name after the
balance sheet date and before dissolution.
