Her Gifted Hands CIC, in conjunction with local women’s refuges and community support groups, established a program to support and train vulnerable single mothers predominantly but not exclusively of African descent who are survivors of or still experiencing domestic abuse. The project provided these women with emotional support, personal development training, and guidance to rebuild their lives, re-prioritize their well-being, and focus on the welfare and education of their children.
