Principal activities of the company

Principal activity The company was incorporated to provide consultancy and specialist security services. During the financial year, the company did not trade, and no income was received. Expenditure was limited to statutory costs required to maintain the company’s registration. Business review and future developments Although the company has not traded during the reporting period, the Director intends to keep RW Consulting Ltd active for potential future consultancy and operational contracts. The company remains in good standing with Companies House, and all necessary filings are up to date. For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
