The option not to file the profit and loss account has been taken.

1. Accounting policies

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the small companies regime.

Pension costs

The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme for employees. The annual contributionspayable are charged to the profit and loss account.
