The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 28 (previous period: 21).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
On 1 December 2023 a Director owed the Company £17,536. During the period this director was advanced a further £33,300 and repaid £28,603. As at 30 November 2024 this Director owed the Company £22,994. Interest of £731 was charged on this loan. The loan is unsecured and repayable upon demand.
