Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Director’s Loan Account At 30 June 2025, the balance on the Director’s Loan Account was £3,111.84 (2024: None). This balance represents amounts owed by the director to the company as at the year end. The loan is interest-free, unsecured, and repayable on demand. There were no formal loan agreements in place during the year. All transactions between the company and the director were conducted in the ordinary course of business.
