Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
A Gupta's overdrawn Director's Current Account of £23,278(2024 - £26,987) is included in debtors. Interest of £574 (2024 - £717) at HMRC's official rate has been charged on this loan. Tax payable under Section 455 CTA 2010 has previously been paid on this loan and is also included in debtors.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
