3. Comparative Restatement

The Reserves of the company have been moved to the 'surplus and deficit reserve' to carry forward against future maintenance costs relating to the property. Income comprises of the services charges due from leaseholders relating to the year by way of contributions toward expenses and maintenance of the property. Surplusses of service charges are held in trust for the company in a seperate business bank account stating the Company's name.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
