3. Additional Note to the accounts

During the period, the director waived the balance of £2024 due to them in connection with the company’s voluntary strike-off. This amount has been treated as a capital contribution and credited to equity. No corporation tax arises from this transaction.

For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
