The Impact Church Without Walls is a charitable company limited by guarantee and governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association.The trustees are also the directors for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006. New trustees receive induction and training to familiarise themselves with their legal obligations, governance structure, and church mission.
Objectives and Activities
The charity’s objectives are to advance the Christianfaith for the benefit of the public and to relieve need, hardship, and distressthrough community outreach and charitable works.
Main activities include:
- Weeklyworship services, prayer meetings, and bible teaching
- Communityoutreach and evangelism projects
- Youthand children’s ministry
- Leadershipand discipleship training
- Counselling,mentoring, and welfare support
- Reliefand welfare initiatives for the needy
Public Benefit Statement
The trustees confirm compliance with section 17 of theCharities Act 2011 and have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance onpublic benefit.
The charity’s activities benefit the public by promoting spiritual growth, community cohesion, and providing practical support.
Achievements and Performance
During the year, the charity achieved the following:

Financial Review
Total income for the year was £12,739 and total expenditure was £8.056,resulting in a net surplus of £4,683
The charity's principal income sources included donations, tithes and offerings.
Reserves Policy: Trustees aim to maintain reserves to cover at least three months of operational costs.
Going Concern: The trustees confirm the charity remainsfinancially viable and a going concern.
